Standard Fees:
End of Life Doula/Companion Services:
- Hourly rate $175
Medical Aid in Dying Services:
$1600 includes
-Initial consultation/home visit
-Phone and text availability for questions and support
-Attendance on the chosen day to support patient and family, assistance with preparing medication, remaining with patient and family until death has occurred, assistance with final care.
Professional Nursing Services:
- Hourly rate $190
- Hourly rate $175
